Kigali city hotels are twenty minutes from the airport; Musanze and the gorilla lodges around two and a half hours; Akagera's southern gate about the same. Send us the flight number and the driver waits if it lands late; we can also go straight up-country if you would rather not spend a night in the city.
For a team of eight with bags, the Hiace minibus does the run in one vehicle. For conferences and weddings, the 26-seat Coaster with a luggage trailer.

If you are hiring a car anyway, the transfer is simply the first handover: we bring your rental to arrivals with a full tank, do the paperwork at the kerb, and you drive off — or your driver-guide does. Delivery is free, at the airport or anywhere else in Rwanda.
